Unitised façades are engineered as sealed, factory-built panels — so when one fails, the fix is rarely as simple as resealing a joint. We identify whether the fault lies in the unit itself, the stack joint, or the interface with the structure before any repair is specified.
Panel removal and replacement
Our teams can de-glaze, remove and replace complete units at height, including sourcing or re-manufacturing discontinued profiles and gaskets. Where full replacement isn’t viable, we design engineered repairs that restore weather performance without compromising the system warranty.
Every unitised repair is completed with hose or spray-bar testing to confirm the envelope is watertight before we leave site. You receive a full photographic record and close-out report for your building file.
