Practical testing for live buildings

Not every investigation needs a full CWCT-standard test regime. Our non-CWCT testing uses targeted hose and spray-bar methods to locate defects quickly and affordably on occupied buildings — with results you can act on the same week.

Locating the defect

We work methodically across the suspect area, isolating joints, interfaces and components one at a time until the entry point is proven — not guessed. Findings are recorded with photographs and marked-up elevations.

Proving the repair

Full façade inspection and review

After remedial works, we re-test the same details under the same conditions to demonstrate the repair has worked, giving you documented evidence for occupiers, insurers and building owners.
