Using calibrated hose and spray-bar methods informed by CWCT guidance, we test joints, interfaces and components systematically until the entry point is proven beyond doubt.
Repair at the source
Once the entry point is identified, we carry out the remedial works ourselves — sealing, re-gasketing or rebuilding the failed detail rather than chasing symptoms elsewhere.
After repair, the same test is repeated under the same conditions to demonstrate the envelope is watertight — with documented results for your building file.
